# Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with others on license management.

### What Is the Team Page?

The Team page (/team) is your central hub for managing all collaborative relationships. View who has access to your licenses, invite new collaborators, manage client relationships, and track pending invitations.

### Team Page Sections

#### Active Collaborations

People who have access to your licenses with their roles and license counts

#### My Clients

Clients whose licenses you manage. Expandable to see individual licenses with quick actions.

#### Shared With Me

Licenses others have shared with you

#### Pending Invitations

Incoming and outgoing invitation requests

### Permission Types

- **Owner**
Full control including delete. Cannot be revoked.

- **Trustee/Manager**
Edit, archive, create licenses. Cannot delete.

- **Viewer/Reviewer**
View licenses and review mentions. Read-only access.

### Inviting Collaborators

1. Click "Add Someone" on the Team page
2. Enter the email address of your collaborator
3. Select which licenses to grant access to
4. Choose their permission level (Manager or Reviewer)
5. Send the invitation
6. Collaborator receives email and accepts

**Note:** Invitations expire after 7 days. When accepting via email link, the invitee's email is locked to prevent misrouted access.

### Removing a Collaborator

To remove someone's access to your licenses:

1. Go to the Team page and find the collaborator in Active Collaborations
2. Click the collaborator to expand their details
3. Click "Remove" or the remove icon next to their name
4. Confirm the removal when prompted

**Note:** Removing a collaborator revokes their access immediately. They will no longer be able to view or manage the shared licenses.

### Client Invitations

Client invitations work differently - you invite a client to grant YOU access to THEIR licenses, rather than the other way around.

1. Choose "Invite as Client" option
2. Enter your client's email address
3. Client receives invitation and accepts
4. You automatically gain trustee access to all their licenses
5. Future licenses they create are auto-granted to you

### My Clients Panel

If you manage licenses for others, the My Clients panel shows all clients with their license counts and quick actions:

- **Review Mentions:** Jump to mentions filtered for that license
- **Review License:** Navigate directly to the license detail page
